The service

JingleBell lets you set up a Secret Santa, invite people, draw names and send each person their match by email or text message.

Price and payment

Groups of up to 10 people are free. Bigger groups pay once per event, when names are drawn. The price depends on how many people have joined and is shown before you pay.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Promotion codes can be used at checkout.

Right to cancel

Names are drawn and messages sent as soon as you pay. At checkout you ask us to start straight away, and you agree that your 14-day right to cancel (angrerett) ends once the draw is done.

If the draw fails on our side, or messages can't be delivered and we can't fix it, we'll refund you. Email support@jinglebell.app.

Your part

• Only add people who are happy to take part.
• Use JingleBell for gift exchanges, not for spam or anything harmful.
• Keep your personal link to yourself.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep JingleBell running, especially in December, but we can't promise it will never be down. Our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the event, unless the law says otherwise.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Events that are already paid for keep the terms they were bought under.

Law

Norwegian law applies. As a consumer, you keep any rights the law in your own country gives you.
